Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. GemFlare is operated by Techies365 LLC ("we", "us") as one of its own products, not on behalf of any other business, and these terms are an agreement between you and that company. Using GemFlare means you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to hide things.

What GemFlare is

GemFlare is a 1:1 voice and video calling and messaging service. It runs in your web browser at gemflare.com/web; an Android app is in testing and not yet generally available. GemFlare is currently in beta: features may change, and occasional interruptions can happen.

Acceptable use

Don't use GemFlare to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone, to send unsolicited messages, to break the law, or to disrupt the service itself (probing, scraping, resource abuse). You can report a call or conversation from inside the app, and we may suspend or disable accounts that break these rules — including, in serious cases, without warning. You are responsible for what you say and send through GemFlare.

The service is provided "as is"

GemFlare is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed calls, dropped calls, undelivered messages, or losses arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent the law allows. We don't record calls, so we cannot recover their content.

Changes

These terms may change as the service evolves; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date above.
